Prior to becoming a freelance facilitator & coach, Julie spent 25 years in various leadership positions in the financial and technology industries. She has led teams of inside sales, marketing, and customer service.
She has the knowledge and skill to design and deliver leadership and team development at all levels of the organization.
Julie has facilitated learning and development initiatives for organizations like Met Life, Wells Blue Bunny, Cardinal Health, and Prudential. She's passionate about servant leadership principles and you will find it at the core of her work.
